Mysuru: BJP Supremo Amit Shah has decided to challenge Chief Minister Siddaramaiah in his home turf of Mysuru district.

After a blistering attack on the Chief Minister at Holalkere of Chitradurga, now the BJP President will participate in the district Nava Karnataka Nirmana Parivarthana conference in Mysore on January 25.

Shah will participate in the Parivarthana Yathre which will be held at Maharaja Ground of Mysuru. This conference will cover Chamundeshwari, Krishnaraja, Narasimharaja, Chamaraja Assembly constituencies, and BJP workers are planning to gather more in number for the event.

This will be the last Parivarthana conference before the grand valedictory which will be held at Bengaluru. The Parivarthana Yathre which began on November 2 in Bengaluru will end on January 25 in Mysore.

Amit Shah was disappointed by the average gathering during the inauguration ceremony. However, he was happy with the large crowd at Holalkere. Moreover, he was satisfied with the increasing support to the Parivarthana Yathre. Yeddyurappa had invited him to participate again in the conferences and Shah chose Mysore, according to the sources.
