New Delhi : Former Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh was convicted by the court on August 25 for the rape of two female disciples.

Whereas, the hearing of murder related cases of Sirsa based journalist Ram Chander Chhatrapati and former Dera manager Ranjit Singh allegedly by the followers and functionaries of Dera will be held in the court of special CBI judge Jagdeep Singh.Security tightened in Panchkula town in Haryana ahead of a crucial hearing in two murder cases against Ram Rahim.
