Ambati Rayudu slaps senior citizen for objecting to rash driving
Hyderabad : India cricketer Ambati Rayudu has been allegedly involved in a scuffle with an elderly in Hyderabad after he was objected by the man for rash driving.
As per the report , the unpleasant incident took place on Thursday morning, when the person was out for a walk and Rayudu was on his way to the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, located in Uppal, Hyderabad.A video of the entire incident also went viral over social media and the cricketer could be seen charging down towards the man senior to him and even slapping him. The entire incident was recorded by one of the fellow walkers on his mobile phone.
It is reported that the cricketer was driving his SUV rashly and was very close to the morning walkers near the stadium. A morning walker advised him to drive slow, which irked the cricketer as he got down from the car and shouted at him.Both the men were involved in a war of words following this. Several fellow walkers tried to pacify both the parties but the cricketer kept abusing the senior citizen.
However, no police complaint has been lodged into the incident. Rayudu has had a history of indulging into an on-field scuffle with fellow cricketers. The Mumbai Indians batsman once budged with his teammate Harbhajan Singh during an IPL match. The 31-year-old lost his temper over Harbhajan after the senior cricketer shouted at him for his poor fielding in the deep.Rayudu, reportedly, once had a scuffle with Royal Challengers Bangalore youngster Sarfaraz Khan after the teenager teased him.
