Youth unhappy with Moily govt., says CM Siddaramaiah

Bengaluru: In a major gaffe, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Friday referred to Prime Minister Narendra Modi as Moily (veteran Congress leader M Veerappa Moily) , leading to peals of laughter at the media conference.
“Youth are disappointed with Moily government. Moily only makes big speeches. But, his achievements are nothing,” he said. However, he later rectified his blunder.
The chief minister also attacked BJP state president B S Yeddyurappa for refusing to have food cooked in a Dalit’s house and accused him of ‘practicing untouchability’.
“Is it (eating hotel-made food at Dalit’s house) not untouchability?...He (Yeddyurappa) ate idli and dosa brought from outside at a Dalit’s house. They (the BJP leaders) can’t fool people all the time in the process they will become fools,” he told reporters.
